What We Haul

Whatever You Need Gone

Homeowners, landlords, realtors, contractors — if it needs to leave the property, we've got a container and a truck for it.

01

Clean Outs

Basements, attics, garages, storage units, estates. Decades of stuff, gone in a day. Bring it out to the container or ask about full-service loading.

02

Moving

Every move turns up things that aren't making the trip. Park a container in the driveway and clear it out while you pack instead of hauling it to the new place.

03

Selling a Home

Getting a house listing-ready or cleared after a closing. Fast turnaround for realtors and sellers working against a market date.

04

Remodeling

Demo debris, old cabinets, flooring, drywall, roofing tear-off, deck lumber. Sized for the job so you're not paying for air.

05

Yard & Property Cleanup

Brush, branches, fence, shed teardown, overgrown lots. Seasonal cleanups and post-storm debris.

06

Contractor Accounts

Swap-outs on active job sites, repeat drops, and simple billing for crews that need containers turned around fast.

Pick Your Container

Right Size, Right Price

Not sure which one? Tell us the job and we'll size it for you — the wrong container costs you more than the rental does.

10 Cubic Yards
  • ≈ 3 pickup loads
  • Single room clean out
  • Small bath or kitchen demo
  • Heavy debris, concrete, dirt
15 Cubic Yards
  • ≈ 4–5 pickup loads
  • Garage or basement
  • Roofing tear-off
  • Mid-size remodel
20 Cubic Yards
  • ≈ 6–8 pickup loads
  • Whole-house clean out
  • Move-out or estate
  • Most popular size
30 Cubic Yards
  • ≈ 9–12 pickup loads
  • Full gut or new build
  • Large commercial job
  • Bulky, light debris

Rentals include delivery, pickup and disposal up to the included tonnage. Overage is billed by the ton at the transfer station rate — you see it on the quote before anything is delivered.

Start to Finish

Three Steps, That's It

1

Call or Request

Tell us what the job is and where. We'll recommend a size and give you a flat price on the spot — no site visit needed for most residential jobs.

2

We Drop It

Container goes exactly where you want it. We use boards under the wheels to protect your driveway and text you when the driver's on the way.

3

We Haul It

Fill it on your schedule. Call when you're done — or when you need a swap — and we pull it out and sort what can be recycled at the transfer station.

Receipts

Before & After

Real jobs, real driveways. Every one of these started with a phone call.

Why ARS

Reliable. Affordable. Cleaner Communities.

That's not a slogan we printed on the truck and forgot about. Cleaning out a house is usually happening on one of the worst weeks of somebody's year — a move, a sale, a parent's estate. The container should be the easy part.

  • The price you're quoted is the price Delivery, pickup and disposal in one number. Overage rates disclosed up front, not discovered on the invoice.
  • We show up when we said If the driver is running behind you get a call, not silence. Same-day and next-day drops available most weeks.
  • Your driveway stays your driveway Boards down every time. Careful placement, clean pickup, debris swept before we pull out.
  • We sort before we dump Metal, clean wood and cardboard get pulled for recycling instead of riding straight to the landfill.

Questions

Before You Book

How long can I keep the container?

Standard rentals run several days, which covers most weekend clean outs and small remodels. Need it longer? Just say so when you book — extended rentals are cheap and we'd rather know up front than chase the container down.

Do I need a permit?

Not if the container sits on your own driveway or property. If it has to sit on a public street, most towns require a permit from public works or the police department. Tell us where you want it and we'll walk you through what your town needs.

How much space do you need to drop it?

Roughly the length of two parked cars, plus about 20 feet of overhead clearance for the truck to lift the container. Watch for low branches and power lines. If access is tight, send a photo of the spot and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll fit.

Can I fill it to the top?

Level with the top rail, no higher. Anything sticking above the rail can't be legally tarped for transport, so the driver would have to leave it. If you're close to overfilled, call us for a swap instead.

Do you load it for me?

We can. Full-service junk removal — we bring the labor and carry it out ourselves — is available on request and priced separately from a plain container drop. Handy for estates, second-floor clean outs, and anyone who shouldn't be lugging a sleeper sofa down the stairs.

What happens if I go over the weight limit?

The scale ticket from the transfer station sets the overage, billed per ton at the rate we quoted you. Heavy stuff — concrete, dirt, shingles, plaster — adds up faster than people expect, which is why we ask what's going in before we pick a size.
